RSV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

The respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) peptide pool is composed of 42 peptides that include MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes from Human respiratory syncytial virus A2 and Human orthopneumovirus. Peptide sequences are derived from the following proteins: Fusion glycoprotein Matrix protein Non-structural protein 1 Nucleoprotein RNA polymerase The purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with RSV ImmuneSelect activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
