Description: RI-OR2 is a retro-inverso peptide that acts as an amyloid-beta (Abeta) oligomerization inhibitor. It binds to fixed beta-Amyloid (1-42) monomers and fibrils, with an apparent Kd of 9-12 µM, and also serves as an inhibitor of Abeta(1-42) fibril extension. Target: Beta Amyloid.
