POFUT1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of POFUT1 antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37?C. Source: Synthetic peptide corresponding to 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human POFUT1. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
