Description: Pegtarazimod (RLS-0071) inhibits the complement system through both the classical and lectin pathways. It suppresses myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, leading to reduced ROS production, and decreases the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NET). Pegtarazimod exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and is applicable in the study of acute graft-versus-host disease. Target: Reactive Oxygen Species.
