Non-citrullinated peptide (NCP) is a cyclic peptide that corresponds to amino acids 447-468 of human filaggrin but contains Q447H, S449C, G459R, E460G, S462C, and S468K substitutions. This product can be used as a negative control in the detection of anti-citrulline autoantibodies and is the non-citrullinated version of CCP (Cay-44486).
