Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus

Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV), an old world mammarenavirus, ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 40 peptides derived from the following proteins: Nucleoprotein (UniProt:P09992) Pre-glycoprotein polyprotein GP complex (UniProt:P09991) The peptides include both MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with LCMV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
