KISS1-305 (trifluoroacetate salt)

KISS1-305 is a peptide agonist of the kisspeptin receptor. It induces calcium mobilization in a reporter assay using CHO cells expressing the kisspeptin receptor (EC50 = 2.6 nM for the human receptor). KISS1-305 reduces plasma levels of testosterone below the limit of detection in male rats.
