Control Pool of 172 overlapping peptides derived from a peptide scan (15mers with 11 aa overlap) through Testis-specific gene 10 protein (UniProtKB - P06725) of homo sapiens. One unit allows the stimulation of 2,5 x 10^8 cells. Protein function: Counteracts the host antiviral immune response when activated and phosphorylated, by preventing IRF3 from entering the nucleus. Also participates in the transactivation of viral major immediate-early genes by the recruitment of host IFI16 to the promoters pf these genes. [The UniProt Consortium]
