HTLV-1 basic zipper factor (HBZ_HTL1A) Peptide Pool

Pool of 50 overlapping peptides derived from a peptide scan (15mers with 11 aa overlap) through Human HTLV-1 basic zipper factor (UniProt ID: P0C746). One unit allows the stimulation of 2,5 x 10^8 cells. Protein function: Contributes to the regulation of viral RNA transcription by interacting with host proteins involved in transcriptional activation such as ATF4, or CREB1, and by inhibiting their activity. Additionally, HBZ suppresses host NF-kappa-B-driven transcription mediated by host RELA as well as transcription of some classical NF-kappa-B target genes, including IL8, IL2RA, IRF4, VCAM1, and VEGFA.
