HSV-1 ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV-1) ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 45 peptides derived from the following proteins: Envelope glycoprotein B (UniProt:P10211) Tegument protein UL46 (UniProt:P10230) Envelope glycoprotein D (UniProt:Q69091) Membrane protein UL43 (UniProt:P10227) The peptides include both MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with HSV-1 ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
