Pool of 336 overlapping peptides (delivered in two subpools of 168 & 168 peptides) derived from a peptide scan (15mers with 11 aa overlap) through Spike glycoprotein (UniProt: P36334) of Human coronavirus OC43 (HCoV-OC43) for T cell assays (e.g. ELISPOT). One unit allows the stimulation of 2,5 x 10^8 cells. Protein function: S1 attaches the virion to the cell membrane by interacting with sialic acid-containing cell receptors, initiating the infection.
