The human mastadenovirus C (HAdv-C) ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 45 peptides derived from the following proteins: Hexon protein (UniProt:P03277) DNA-binding protein (UniProt:P03264) Early E1A protein (UniProt:P03254) The peptides include both MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with HAdv-C ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
