Pool of 208 overlapping peptides derived from a peptide scan (15mers with 11 aa overlap) through Elongation factor 2 (UniProt ID: Q5A0M4). One unit allows the stimulation of 2,5 x 10^8 cells. Protein function: Catalyzes the GTP-dependent ribosomal translocation step during translation elongation. During this step, the ribosome changes from the pre-translocational (PRE) to the post-translocational (POST) state as the newly formed A-site-bound peptidyl-tRNA and P-site-bound deacylated tRNA move to the P and E sites, respectively.
