Escherichia coli (E.coli) ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 41 peptides derived from the following proteins: Outer membrane porin F (UniProt: P02931) L-asparaginase 2 (UniProt: P00805) Beta-galactosidase (UniProt: P00722) Chaperone protein (UniProt: P63284) The peptides include both MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is >90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with E.coli ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
