Description: DOTA-Conjugated JM#21 Derivative 7 (compound Ligand-7) is a CXCR4-targeting peptide derivative conjugated with DOTA, suitable for producing radioligands. Radiolabeled with 177Lu, this compound, referred to as 177Lu-DOTA, demonstrates superior CXCR4 tumor targeting capabilities.
