Vinorelbine (tartrate)

Vinorelbine is a semisynthetic vinca alkaloid with microtubule destabilizing activity. It inhibits microtubule polymerization and blocks mitosis at the metaphase/anaphase transition, preventing HeLa cell proliferation with an IC50 value of 1.25 nM.
