UCB 9608 is an inhibitor of PI4KIIIbeta (IC50 = 11 nM). It is selective for PI4KIIIbeta over 8 other phosphatidylinositol kinases at 10 µM. UCB 9608 inhibits the mixed lymphocyte reaction in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs, IC50 = 37 nM).
