It selectively induces E3 ubiquitin ligase-mediated degradation of CK1alpha over phosphodiesterase 6D (PDE6D), Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1 (IKZF1), and IKZF3 in MM.1S cells when used at concentrations ranging from 0.04 to 1 µM.
