TL4-12 is an inhibitor of MAP4K2 (IC50 = 37. nM). It is selective for MAP4K2 over 20 other kinases at 1 µM. TL4-12 (500 nM) inhibits IL-1alpha- or TGF-beta-induced increases in p38 phosphorylation in primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts.
