NPD-2975

NPD-2975 is an antiparasitic agent. It reduces the proliferation of T. brucei (IC50 = 63.1 nM) but not T. cruzi, L. infantum, P. falciparum, or human MRC-5 fibroblasts (IC50s = >6,000 nM for all).
