N,N-dimethyl Sunitinib

A multi-kinase inhibitor and derivative of sunitinib, inhibits VEGFR1, VEGFR2, PDGFR, and c-Kit (IC50s = 0.013, 0.017, 0.005, and 0.04 µM, respectively), reduces the degradation of cartilage proteoglycan and the severity of arthritis in the K/BxN mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis at 40 mg/kg, reduces intratumoral angiogenesis and tumor growth in SK-N-AS, MYCN-amplified IMR-32, and SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma mouse xenograft models.
