Description: Trimethylcolchicinic acid methyl ether (HAN 76504), an antimitotic agent, blocks microtubule assembly by attaching to tubulin and inhibiting its polymerization. It enhances tubulin's intrinsic GTPase activity, induces apoptosis across various normal and tumor cell lines, and activates the JNK/SAPK pathway.
