Golcadomide is a cereblon (CRBN) E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD). It decreases protein levels of Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1 (IKZF1) and IFN regulatory factor 4 (IRF4) in JSC-1, BCBL-1, Daudi, and BL-41 lymphoma cells when used at a concentration of 0. µM and decreases the viability of these cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Golcadomide (0. µM) increases the levels of intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and CD86 in Daudi, Raji, and Epstein-Barr virus-positive BL-41 cells.
