gamma-Secretase Inhibitor I

A gamma-secretase and proteosome inhibitor, reduces growth of BT474, T47D, SK-BR-3, and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells (ED50s = 2.5, 2.4, 1.6, and 1.4 µM, respectively), decreases the levels of N1ICD in the same cells, reduces proteasome activity in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells from 1-4 µM.
