DS-3032

DS-3032 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between murine double minute 2 (MDM2) and p53. It induces apoptosis in WaGa and PeTa Merkel cell carcinoma cells when used at a concentration of 100 nM. DS-3032 (1 µM) decreases the viability of p53 wild-type MKL-1 cells but not p53 knockout MLK-1 cells.
