Deruxtecan

Deruxtecan is a linker-payload conjugate made of a derivative of DX-8951 and the maleimide-GGFC peptide linker. It is used to synthetize ADCs (antibody drug conjugates), such as trastuzumab deruxtecan and patritumab deruxtecan. ADC (antibody drug conjugates) are a promising therapeutic strategy. ADCs are composed of an antibody that can bind to a target in the cells, such as HER3 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 3), a linker and a payload (cytotoxic drug).
