CRBN-6-5-5-VHL is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) containing the cereblon (CRBN) inhibitor pomalidomide (Cay-19877) and the von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) E3 ligase ligand VH 032 (Cay-39982). It selectively induces the degradation of CRBN over Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1 (IKZF1) in MM.1S cells at 10-500 nM. CRBN-6-5-5-VHL (100 nM) rescues pomalidomide-induced cytotoxicity in MM.1S cells..
