Coralyne is a DNA topoisomerase I poison. It inhibits DNA topoisomerase I via stabilization of the DNA-enzyme complex and inhibition of DNA relaxation. It is selective for DNA topoisomerase I over DNA topoisomerase II at 100 µg/ml. Coralyne (100-400 mg/kg) increases survival in P388 and L1210 murine leukemia models..
