AZ-PFKFB3-67 is an inhibitor of 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose 2,6-bisphosphatase 3 (PFKFB3, IC50 = 0.011 µM). It is selective for PFKFB3 over PFKFB1 and PFKFB2 (IC50s = 1.13 and 0.159 µM). It inhibits the formation of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate in A549 cells (IC50 = 0.281 µM).
