Product information "PD-1 Lentivirus"

The PD-1 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce cells with human PD-1 (Programmed Death Protein 1) (NM_005018.3) driven by a CMV promoter. The lentiviruses also transduce a Blasticidin (BSD) selection marker .
