Frozen human CD19+ B cells - female donor

Product Description: Frozen human CD19+ B cells isolated via negative immunomagnetic separation technique from human leukopheresate collected in acid citrate dextrose, solution A (ACD-A). Leukopheresate comes from a healthy female donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HTLV I & II and Syphilis. CD19+ B cells are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 medium using a controlled rate freezing method. A post-thaw viability and purity analysis is performed by flow cytometry. This product contains 5 million cells at a concentration of 5 million cells/mL with a post-thaw viability >90%. This product has been batch-tested negative for bacteria, Mycoplasma and fungi by qPCR.
