Glutathione Fluorescent Detection Kit is designed to quantitatively measure reduced state glutathione (GSH), and oxidized state glutathione (GSSG) present in a variety of samples. Sample types validated include: human whole blood, serum, EDTA and heparin plasma, urine, and isolated erythrocytes. Most cell lysates and tissue homogenates should also be compatible.
