Applications: , Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry, FACS, Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200 (~1ug will stain 1x10e6 cells), Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: R-Phycoerythin (R-PE) (MW 240kD) from seaweed. Absorption: 490, 545, 565nm, Emission: 580nm, OD566nm/OD280nm: 2.8, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
