Anti-CD105 (Endoglin, gp160, TGF beta1,3 Receptor)

Human CD105 (endoglin) is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein virtually restricted to endothelial cells, and present on some leukemia cells and minor subsets of bone marrow cells. CD105 binds to TGF-b1 and b3 with high affinity. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow cytometry: 10ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow cyytometry Protocol: 1. Five x 10e5 cultured Nalm-6 human tumor cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2446-50E at a concentration of 10ug/ml. , 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with secondary reagent Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC , 3. After which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS., 4. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 0.79 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
