Anti-CD105 (Endoglin), clone 3H1805

CD105 is also known as endoglin. It is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95kD subunits. CD105 is a cell surface antigen. It is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukemia cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25. Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul., Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Not suitable for use on paraffin sections., Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
