Anti-CD105 (Endoglin)

CD105 (Endoglin) is a 180kD type I integral membrane homodimer glycoprotein expressed on vascular endothelial cells (small and large vessels), activated monocytes and tissue macrophages, stromal cells of certain tissues including bone marrow, pre-B lymphocytes in fetal marrow and erythroid precursors in fetal and adult bone marrow. It is also present on syncytiotrophoblast on placenta throughout pregnancy. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Non-reducing, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
