SYK, catalytic, active human recombinant protein

Recombinant human SYK, Genbank Accession # NM_003177, a.a. 359-635(end), expressed in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. MW = 58 kDa. Assay conditions: SYK was incubated with a substrate (Tyr peptide 2) for 1 hr. at RT in 1X kinase buffer supplemented with ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hr. of incubation at RT.
