Source:, Recombinant corresponding to full length human recombinant Peroxiredoxin I K197R containing a Lysine to Arginine mutation at position 197 and N-terminal His6 tag expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system (NM_005614). Applications: Suitable for use in the study of biochemical function. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
