Source:, Recombinant protein corresponding to aa25-167 from mouse PD-1, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of Human IgG1, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~42kD, Applications: Suitable for the use in study of labeling PD-L1 expressing cells for flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
