Recombinant Mouse Guanylyl cyclase C is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val20-Met433 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Receptor for the E.coli heat-stable enterotoxin (E.coli enterotoxin markedly stimulates the accumulation of cGMP in mammalian cells expressing GC-C). Also activated by the endogenous peptide guanylin. [The UniProt Consortium]
