Human CD226 antigen also known as DNAX accessory molecule 1 (DNAM-1), GenBank Accession No. NM_006566, a.a. 19-247 fused to Fc region of human IgG1, this protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag(TM) technology and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 54.7 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
