Reacts strongly with human HBV positive serum. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-183 of HBV core, fused to 6-His, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~25, 28kD, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Lateral flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
