Human DPP8 (Dipeptidylpeptidase 8) (GenBank Accession No. NM_197960), (full length) with N-terminal GST tag, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Specific Activity: ~300 pmol/min/ug , Assay Condition: 10uM Ala-Pro-AMC, 60ng DPP8. Incubation Time: 30 min at room temperature. Substrate: Ala-Pro-AMC, Assay Condition: 10mM Tris, pH 7.4, 10mM MgCl2, 0.05% Tween-20, 10uM substrate (Ala-Pro-AMC), 2ug DPP8. Incubation Condition: 30min at room temperature, Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
