Indobufen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and COX inhibitor. It reduces thromboxane B2 (TXB2) but not prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels in LPS-stimulated isolated human monocytes. Indobufen inhibits collagen-induced ATP release and platelet aggregation in isolated human platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
