An inhibitor of TEAD autopalmitoylation, inhibits autopalmitoylation of TEAD1-4 in HEK293 cells expressing the human transcription factors at 3 µM, inhibits the growth of NCI-H2052, NCI-H2373, and NCI H226 cells (IC50s = 31.6, 25.6, and 16.1 nM, respectively), reduces tumor volume in an NCI H226 mouse xenograft model at 1, 3, and 10 mg/kg.
