Verdiperstat

Verdiperstat is an irreversible inhibitor of myeloperoxidase (MPO, IC50 = 630 nM), a redox enzyme involved in oxidative stress. It is selective for MPO over a panel of 130 enzymes, transporters, and ion channels (IC50s = >50 µM for all).
