uPA Inhibitor

An inhibitor of uPA (IC50 = 0.32 µM), selective for uPA over tPA and plasmin (IC50s = 107 and 352 µM, respectively), cytotoxic to F3II mouse breast cancer cells (IC50 = 18 µM), inhibits muscle and adipose tissue invasion in an F3II murine breast cancer model at 20 mg/kg per day, decreases ethanol consumption and preference in the two-bottle preference test in mice.
