UDP-beta-S (sodium salt)

UDP-beta-S is an agonist of the purinergic P2Y6 receptor. It selectively induces inositol phosphate accumulation in 1321N1 cells expressing P2Y6 receptors (EC50 = 28 nM) over those expressing P2Y1, P2Y2, or P2Y4 receptors at 10 µM.
