TR-14035 is a dual alpha4beta7 and alpha4beta1 integrin antagonist. It inhibits cell adhesion induced by the alpha4beta7 and alpha4beta1 integrin ligand fibronectin connecting segment 1 (FNCS1) in RPMI-8866 and Jurkat cells, which endogenously express alpha4beta7 and alpha4beta1, respectively (IC50s = 7 and 87 nM, respectively).. Solulibility: DMSO: Sparingly soluble: 1-10 mg/ml: Ethanol: Slightly soluble: 0.1-1 mg/ml.
