TH-1760 is an inhibitor of nucleotide triphosphate diphosphatase NUDT15 (IC50 = 25 nM). It is selective for NUDT15 over a panel of additional Nudix family hydrolases and nucleotide pyrophosphatases at 100 µM, as well as a panel of 44 kinases at 10 µM.
